Awakening Intimacy: The Power of Embodied Relationship
Every week I open a limited number of private intro sessions and consultations for women and couples who seek to reconnect with their body wisdom and expand capacity for intimacy, self-connection and authentic relationship.
Sessions include somatic guidance, therapeutic touch, relational practice (for couples), and personalized modalities for integration, always at your pace and with clear consent.
This work supports reconnecting with parts of yourself that may feel dormant or distant, and can open more clarity and choice around desire, boundaries, self-expression, creativity, purpose, love and the capacity to ask for and receive what you want in intimacy.
