Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative journey through the seven energy centres of the body as the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.
Each chakra is connected to different aspects of your physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing. Through the powerful frequencies of sound, you’ll be invited to release stagnant energy, restore balance and bring your energy back into alignment.
Allow the sounds to quiet the mind, soften the body and create space to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
A beautiful opportunity to pause, reset and restore, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, balanced and re-energised.
