🐚 Community Water Dance by Nosara Aquatic Arts
The gentle touch and containment that water can offer is not so easy to find or build on land or air. This liquid hug can help to re – organize patterns of response that we can later perceive in our daily lives in the way we move, walk, dance, etc, and can influence the way we interact with the world around us too.
Being held in warm water by warm arms in a safe container can bring back memories of collaboration, support, and healthy primary roots.
Immerse yourself in the fluidity of dance inspired by the natural rhythms of water.
Guided by a Janzu and Aguahara facilitator and professional dancer, this event invites participants of all levels to explore expressive movement, mindful flow, and be part of the water community in a supportive, uplifting environment.
What to Expect:
* Guided water dance session based on Contact Improvisation practices and somatic research
* A welcoming space for all backgrounds
