Hello :). My name is Melanie, and for over 14 years I’ve been guiding women through life’s major thresholds and transitions.
On September 19th we will gather for a unique half-day retreat experience called Embodied Expression.
I created this from a deep passion for you to be held through a transition you may find yourself in. A space to meet yourself in a meaningful, connected, and loving way as you move through change.
It will be a journey that will include:
-Somatic and intuitive movement practice.
-Earth based wisdom rituals to connect with the elements and land we are blessed to be in relationship with here
-time to share and be in a supportive circle of women
