Each week we will practice Vipassana Meditation. Meditations start guided and transition into silence. During our time together Ron and Paul will also offer a Dharma talk and group discussion around meditation practice.
ALL are welcome regardless of meditation experience. We offer guidance and instruction to beginners and experienced practitioners.
Ron and Paul have been meditation practitioners and students of meditation since 2012. Both have attended training and certification programs with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Eckhart Tolle.
