**PULSE: A Restorative Rhythms Immersion**
📍 Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort • Nosara, Costa Rica
📅 July 25–30, 2026
In a world that feels increasingly overstimulated, disconnected, and unpredictable, PULSE was created as a space to slow down, reconnect to the body, regulate the nervous system, and return to a more sustainable rhythm of being.
This deeply restorative immersion weaves together breathwork, restorative yoga, yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, embodiment practices, reflection, and authentic human connection in a trauma-informed and supportive environment.
Through rhythm, repetition, rest, and intentional pacing, participants will be guided through practices designed to support nervous system repair, resilience, integration, and embodied presence. This experience is ideal for anyone seeking restoration, deeper self-connection, emotional regulation, creative renewal, or sustainable wellness practices for everyday life.
Led by Ashley Ludman and Jane Fryer, two long-time Nosara-based facilitators with decades of combined experience in breathwork, embodiment, yoga therapeutics, nervous system support, and contemplative practice, PULSE offers an accessible and grounding approach to healing and restoration.

This is not about escaping life. It is about building the capacity to meet life with greater clarity, steadiness, resilience, and presence.
