Reiki is a gentle yet profound practice that reminds us our bodies already know how to heal. In this intimate Reiki Level One Certification Training, you’ll be introduced to the traditional Usui Reiki system and learn how to channel universal life force energy for yourself and those you love.
No prior experience is needed. Reiki is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background, and Level One is designed for complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their personal healing journey. Today, Reiki is practiced around the world in private practices, wellness centers, and as a complementary therapy in many hospitals and healthcare settings, where it may be offered alongside conventional medical care to support relaxation and well-being.
This immersive day is more than a certification—it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and cultivate a lifelong practice of presence, self-care, and compassionate healing.
We’ll begin by opening the heart with Sacred Cacao and a grounding Sound Journey, creating space to receive the Reiki attunements with clarity and intention. Throughout the day you’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, hand positions for self-treatment and offering Reiki to others, energy awareness, and practical ways to integrate Reiki into everyday life.
About your teacher
Elle has been practicing Reiki since 2018 and is trained to the Reiki Master level. Alongside her private Reiki practice, she has shared Reiki trainings as a complement to the international yoga teacher trainings she has led, helping students weave energy work into both their personal lives and professional offerings. Her teaching style is warm, grounded, and experiential, creating a supportive space where each student can develop confidence in their own healing abilities.
In addition to trainings, private one-on-one Reiki sessions are also available.
