Pilates Nosara

Pilates Nosara is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio located within the beautiful Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. Founded by internationally recognized Balanced Body Educator Page Sieffert, the studio offers Reformer, Mat, private, and semi-private Pilates sessions in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Known for its highly educated instructors and personalized approach, Pilates Nosara blends classical Pilates principles with modern movement education, helping clients improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being. The studio also hosts internationally attended Pilates teacher trainings, retreats, and mentorship programs, making it a destination for both movement enthusiasts and Pilates professionals from around the world.
