Located in Nosara, Sol Pilates Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio created for intentional movement, strength, and connection.
With just 8 reformers, our intimate studio offers a more personal experience through group, semi-private, and private sessions. Each class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, support posture, and leave you feeling energized and connected to your body.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already have a practice, our classes are designed for all levels and guided with attention to quality movement and individual needs.
